ICAA Code of conduct

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to promote a positive, faith-based, safe, and respectful environment for student-athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators. Whether on the field, court, or track, we expect our athletes, coaches, and spectators to reflect the principles of good sportsmanship and Christian values to all participants.

This policy supports the expectations outlined in the most recent version of the Immaculate Conception Family Handbook and those outlined by Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) and the Diocese of Columbus in their policies.

  • Maintain self-control and composure during athletic events.
  • Follow all venue rules and guidelines.
  • Address concerns or issues with coaches or program administrators at appropriate times and through proper channels.
